CHETNA - Workshop on Integral Yoga & Conscious Living
6-7 June 2026

The primary objective of the workshop is to introduce participants to the philosophy of Integral Yoga as envisioned by Sri Aurobindo and The Mother, helping them experience yoga as a holistic way of life rather than limiting it to physical postures and practices. The orientation also serves as an introduction to our upcoming Certificate Course on Teaching Yoga (200 Hours), scheduled from August - December.

Yoga is much more than a practice of postures—it is a journey of self-discovery, inner growth, conscious living and a spiritual discipline. This Integral Yoga Orientation is an invitation to explore yoga as a way of life inspired by the vision of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother.

In this interactive orientation, the participants were introduced to the fundamental principles of Integral Yoga and understand how it harmoniously integrates the body, mind, heart, and soul. The session offers practical insights into how yoga can become a powerful tool for physical well-being, emotional balance, mental clarity, and spiritual progress amidst the demands of modern life.

In the rush of daily life, we often forget to pause, breathe, and reconnect with ourselves.

CHETNA is an invitation to step into the peaceful atmosphere of Sri Aurobindo Ashram and experience the transformative approach of Integral Yoga—where yoga is not just a practice on the mat, but a way of living with greater awareness, balance, and purpose.
